Dr. Tricia Brown is a licensed therapist in Kansas and Missouri, specializing in guiding families and individuals through life transitions, both expected and unexpected. With expertise in play therapy, sand tray therapy, and professional supervision, she offers support to couples facing challenges, children aged 3 and up, and individuals seeking positive change in their lives.
As a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, Tricia provides post-graduate supervision in both Missouri and Kansas. Her extensive experience includes serving as a coordinator for the Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling Track and the School Counseling Track in CACREP-accredited programs. Passionate about education and mentorship, she is a member and Faculty Adviser for Chi Sigma Iota, the National Honor Society for Counselors.
Tricia teaches a range of core and specialty courses at campuses in Kansas and Missouri, covering topics such as helping skills, child and adolescent counseling, internship supervision, individual and family assessment, and lifespan development.
