This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returning products purchased from Freedom Project. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Physical Products: We accept returns for physical products, such as books, DVDs, or merchandise, that are purchased directly from Freedom Project, provided they meet the following criteria: – The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. – The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date. – The product is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital media, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital products, such as e-books, online courses, or streaming services, unless there is a technical issue preventing access to the product. If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact our customer support for assistance.

1.3 Events Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only applicable to ticket purchases for Freedom Project events.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must request it in accordance with the timelines specified in this policy.
  • Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, donations, or any other purchases made through our website or at the event.

Refund Request Deadline: All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the event date.

Refund Amount:

    • The amount refunded will be determined based on the date of the refund request:
      • Requests made at least 15 days before the event: Full refund of the ticket price.
      • Requests made between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% refund of the ticket price.
      • Requests made within 7 days of the event: No refund will be issued.

Return Process

2.1 Physical Products: To initiate a return for a physical product, please follow these steps: – Contact our customer support within 30 days of the purchase date, providing your order details and reason for the return. – Our customer support team will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. – You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original packaging, along with the provided return authorization information. – We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely. – Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process a refund, excluding any shipping charges, within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2 Digital Products: For issues related to digital products, please contact our customer support, providing relevant details regarding the technical problem you encountered. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure access to the product as intended.

2.3 Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at and provide your ticket details.
  • Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 10-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original ticket purchase.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

  • In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a Freedom Project event, we will notify all ticket holders promptly.
  • If the event is canceled, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
  • If the event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 30 days of the rescheduled event date.


  • If you fail to attend the event without prior notice or request for a refund, no refund will be issued.

Refund Exceptions:

  • We may consider exceptions to this policy in cases of extreme circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Please contact our Customer Support team to discuss your situation.

Transfer of Tickets:

  • Freedom Project tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please inform us of the transfer to update our records.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable: – Digital products (unless there is a technical issue preventing access). – No-shows. – Products returned without the original packaging or proof of purchase. – Products that have been damaged, used, or are not in their original condition. – Shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a physical product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and could take up to a few business days to reflect in your account.
